At BharatMulya, we aim to provide a seamless and customer-friendly shopping experience. This policy explains the circumstances under which products may be returned, replaced, refunded, or cancelled.

If you receive open/tampered packaging or a damaged product, you must:
Log in to My Account > My Orders > Select Product > Return / Replace. Upload evidence as requested.
Pickup is attempted up to 2 times. If pickup fails due to customer unavailability, the request may be cancelled. Self-shipping may be required in some locations.
All returns undergo inspection. Approved items lead to refund/replacement; failed inspections (used/damaged by user) will be shipped back to the customer.
Subject to stock availability. If unavailable, a refund will be initiated automatically.
Refunds are initiated after successful quality check:

Allowed before shipment only. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. BharatMulya full refunds apply if we cancel due to stock issues.

Shipping Fees: Non-refundable unless BharatMulya is at error.
Warranty: Claims must be raised with manufacturer service centers.
Policy Abuse: We reserve the right to block accounts for fraudulent return behavior.
