Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

At BharatMulya, we aim to provide a seamless and customer-friendly shopping experience. This policy explains the circumstances under which products may be returned, replaced, refunded, or cancelled.

1. Return Eligibility

A product is eligible for return or replacement if:

  • It is damaged, defective, expired, or broken at the time of delivery
  • A wrong product or wrong size/model is delivered
  • The product is missing parts or accessories
  • The product is significantly different from its description

The product must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Returned with original packaging, tags, manuals, and invoice

2. Return Window

  • Most products: 7 days from date of delivery
  • Specific categories: 10 days / No return (as mentioned on product page)
  • "Non-Returnable" marked items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged

3. Non-Returnable Items

Unless damaged or defective, the following are not eligible:

  • Products marked as Non-Returnable
  • Personal care, hygiene, and beauty items
  • Innerwear, socks, and masks
  • Consumables and perishable goods
  • Misused or improperly handled items
  • Items without original serial numbers

10. Damaged / Open Box Delivery

If you receive open/tampered packaging or a damaged product, you must:

  • Reject the delivery OR raise a request within 48 hours
  • Upload clear images or video proof

4. How to Request a Return

Log in to My Account > My Orders > Select Product > Return / Replace. Upload evidence as requested.

5. Pickup & Logistics

Pickup is attempted up to 2 times. If pickup fails due to customer unavailability, the request may be cancelled. Self-shipping may be required in some locations.

6. Quality Check Process

All returns undergo inspection. Approved items lead to refund/replacement; failed inspections (used/damaged by user) will be shipped back to the customer.

7. Replacement Policy

Subject to stock availability. If unavailable, a refund will be initiated automatically.

8. Refund Policy & Timelines

Refunds are initiated after successful quality check:

9. Cancellation Policy

Allowed before shipment only. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. BharatMulya full refunds apply if we cancel due to stock issues.

11 - 16. Additional Terms

Exchanges: Treated as replacements subject to stock.

Partial Refunds: May apply if parts/accessories are missing.

Shipping Fees: Non-refundable unless BharatMulya is at error.

Warranty: Claims must be raised with manufacturer service centers.

Policy Abuse: We reserve the right to block accounts for fraudulent return behavior.
