At Bharatmulya, we strive to ensure a smooth and trustworthy shopping experience. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.
Customers may request a refund under the following circumstances:
Customers must initiate a return or refund request within 7 days of receiving the product. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
To ensure transparency and prevent misuse, customers are required to record a clear unboxing video while opening the package.
Claims for damaged or missing products without an unboxing video may not be eligible for a refund. Bharatmulya will review the evidence provided in the video.
Once approved, the product must be returned in original condition. The refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days after inspection.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method. In some cases, store credit may be issued.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (damaged/incorrect product).
